Scenario:

The customer would like to add a new layer to match the reddish color in the image.

Issue:

I have added a swatch color to basic swatch so the color would match. I did this using Photoshop and created custom color hex and placed in the basic swatch colors category.

However, when the pdf is created the color of the new shape is washed out. But the red from the image background is nearly unchanged.

• Red color does not match up on the final pdf output.
• Color shift happens when using shapes. This issue does not show up until the image is created.

A newer concern is I noticed that if the customer clicks preview fist to move onto there order the colors seem to be the same. They would have no way of knowing that the color shifted until they received their order.

Maybe I am going about this wrong please help.
