Custom DTF Transfers

Create full-color custom apparel transfers ready for application at home, in your shop, or on demand. Our Direct-to-Film (DTF) transfers are printed with vibrant colors and an opaque white backing, allowing them to work on both light and dark garments.

This product is intended for customers who already own or have access to a heat press and would like to apply the transfers themselves.

Artwork Requirements

For best results, please provide:

• PNG files with transparent backgrounds (300 DPI recommended)
• PDF files
• PSD files

Higher quality artwork produces better print quality.

Storage

Transfers may be stored for future use when kept flat in a clean, dry environment away from excessive heat and moisture.

General Pressing Guidelines

Every heat press, garment, and fabric type can react differently. Always test on a sample garment before production.

We strongly recommend testing for:

• Heat sensitivity
• Dye migration
• Color shifting
• Scorching or burning
• Fabric compatibility

General starting recommendations:

• Pre-Press: 5–7 seconds to remove moisture
• Temperature: 290°–320°F
• Press Time: 10–20 seconds
• Pressure: Medium to Firm Pressure (approximately 35–50 PSI)
• Peel: Cold Peel
• Final Press: 5–7 seconds using parchment paper, teflon sheet, or preferred finishing material

These settings are provided as a starting point only and may require adjustment depending on your equipment and garment.
