We will review your design at no cost prior to printing. If your image fits our design template it will be sent into production.

We check that your image has no printing issues regarding

• Print Layout

• Proper DPI ( 300dpi)

• Image is set for Full Bleed (Colors all the way the edge)

• Text size and spelling is the responsibility of the designer. We will not look for text size or grammar normally but if we do find it we will let you know.

• There are no free reprints if your design is incorrect.

• We cannot perfectly color match but the colors should be perfect or close. Please remember to print out a sample at your home office.

Before printing, we will send you your images back. Where you will be able to see how it looks inside of our printing template. You will be able to see the safe areas and projected trim line.

Along with sending you back a preview image with the print template overlayed for you to review.

We will review that your image has no printing issues as far as,

• Correct correct mode was used (CMYK)

• Print Layout fits the print template

• Proper DPI ( 300 dpi)

• Image is set for Full Bleed (Colors all the way the edge)

• Text size and spelling is the responsibility of the designer. We will not look for text size or grammar, but if we do happen to find some we will let you know.

• We cannot perfectly color match, but the colors should be perfect or close. Please remember to print out a sample at your home office, to ensure that your text is the size you expect.

• Your order is refundable until approved for print, but this manual proof is non-refundable.

• Print ready images stay on file here for re-order but you will receive a preview to keep for your records.

This is for revising previously created designs by our designers.

Changes can include text changes and image swapping. The layout must stay the same as previously ordered.

Do you want to keep your current design?

• With this service you can simply upload a scanned image or photo of your item and we will recreate the design layout for you.

• Images are not included in design recreation services. You will need to send over any additional images / logo required, or we can help you purchase the images.

• If you cannot send any images to assist with the recreation you can select an image from stock.adobe.com at the price of $5 per image. Please note images from Adobe are limited to one print run.

As part of our design service's we have some important questions to ask you. So that we can ensure that we can complete your job efficiently as possible and deliver you results, that you will be happy with.

Part of our process is first understanding if you have any previous marketing materials that you would like this design to keep consistent with?

We always try to keep your branding consistent when possible such as using colors defined in your website unless otherwise determined by yourself.

Hero designs are also often used. A hero design is a print item that you like be it color, layout or other reasons. Let us know what it i you like about design so that we can use that as inspiration in your custom design.

The designer will do there best to match up the fonts used in your original design, to keep this recreation as close as possible to the original.
